Check in staff friendly, efficient loading & excellent crossing. Always puts a big smile on my face when I see the 'matador' guiding marshal in Southampton. : )
Always a pleasure to travel with Red Funnel. After a 4 hour drive and an hour wait for the ferry it was nice to have a cheerful operative duiding us on to the boat at Southampton, what a cheerful employee.
As always friendly and helpful at check in. Plus this time extra help on board with my lame dog.
Very easy to book online easy to check in. Staff all polite and helpful. Lots of choice of drinks and food. Only criticism is that there are a lot of families travelling and there is nothing for the children to do so an hours crossing can seem an eternity. May be a play area would be possible in the future? X x
Punctual and easy to Travel
Staff are always friendly and helpful. The communication on the odd occasion that their are any delays is always prompt and informed. They are very accommodating and always engage with my two year old son.
